"Beware if you switch insurance companies!!! I was not only not given back the pro-rated amount for the rest of the month, they also charged me for another month! Also, if you pay monthly, pay attention to the amount. They raise rates nearly every month. I ended at $160 a month for ONE vehicle, no accidents, no tickets, over 35. Back to Progressive at $74 a month. ***Update*** Matthew said they never recieved a cancellation letter and "Sounds like they are already off to a bad start", blaming Progressive. I spoke to Progressive and they sent the cancellation letter August 30th, for my coverage to be cancelled September 7th."
